Cancellation, rescheduling, & late arrival policy

We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Your appointment is very important to all members of our team at 931 Skin + Co. Aesthetics & Wellness. The time allocated for your appointment is reserved especially for you.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, as a courtesy, we ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.

By giving last-minute notice or no notice at all, it prevents other patients from being able to schedule into that time slot. We apologize for any inconvenience this presents, but we cannot allow exceptions.

In order to schedule an appointment as a New Patient Consultation, we require a $50 deposit, which will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.


Late arrival policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients. A $25 late fee will apply, and if rescheduling is necessary, the cancellation fee may also apply.


No show policy


Patients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee or forfeit any paid deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in requiring prepayment for future appointments or, at our discretion, refusal of future bookings.
